Testimonials MSA and DSA

May 18th 2021

We have recognized the amazing young people we have here in Alberta. Now is the time to recognize the adult members we have that help shape our cadets.

The first award is the Testimonial. This is awarded by division to members who have served with the Navy League for three years and have demonstrated a clear understanding of, and dedication to, the Purposes and Objectives of the Navy League of Canada and can only be awarded once in a lifetime. Our candidates for the 2020-2021 training year are:

Carrie Williams – Stony Plain Branch

Our second award is the Meritorious Service Award (MSA). This is awarded by division, in recognition of meritorious service to the Navy League of Canada. This can be awarded to members every three years. Our candidates for the 2020-2021 training year are:

Our third award is the Distinguished Service Award (DSA). This is awarded by division in recognition of notably distinguished service by a senior member who has demonstrated a clear understanding of, and dedication to, the Aims and Objectives of The Navy League of Canada. Our candidates for the 2020-2021 training year are:

And finally, we would like to recognition members of Alberta Division who have received their Life Membership to the Navy League of Canada. This may be awarded by the National Board of Directors to individual members who have completed twenty-five years of service. Applications once approved on the division level are forward to National where the application is reviewed and voted on. This year we are pleased to announce the following members have received their Life Membership:
